Terms of Service
Last updated: October 14, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of tribebuilder.net and the services offered by Tribebuilder Marketing, operated by Justin Dale (“Tribebuilder”, “we”, “us”), including coaching, done-for-you content creation, the Tribebuilders community and the Tribebuilder Forge software (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
The Services
We offer one-to-one coaching and content creation, a membership community with group coaching and workshops, and Tribebuilder Forge, a content creation software. What is included in each offer is described on its page or in the agreement you sign with us. We may update or change the Services from time to time.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
Payments, subscriptions and cancellation
- Subscriptions, including memberships and Tribebuilder Forge, are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods or unused sessions.
- Free trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
- We may change our prices. Any change will apply from your next billing period, and we will let you know in advance.
Coaching and content services
Sessions must be booked and attended at the agreed times. Missed sessions without reasonable notice may not be rescheduled. For done-for-you content, you are responsible for providing the materials, approvals and access we reasonably need. Content we publish for you is based on the information and approvals you give us.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content, images and materials you provide to us or upload to Tribebuilder Forge. You give us permission to use them only to provide the Services to you. You confirm that you have the rights to everything you share with us.
Our content and software
The Services, including Tribebuilder Forge, our website, training materials, templates and workshop recordings, belong to Tribebuilder and are protected by intellectual property laws. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use them while your access is active. You may not copy, resell, share access to or reverse engineer them.
Community rules
Treat other members with respect. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive or misleading, spam other members, or share private community content outside the community. We may remove content or members who break these rules.
No guaranteed results
We share strategies that have worked for us and our clients, but results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular number of followers, leads, sales or income.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Third-party services
The Services rely on third-party platforms such as social media networks, Skool, Stripe and HighLevel. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make.
Ending your access
We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or misuse the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page. If you keep using the Services after an update, you accept the updated Terms.
